Every building is different, and stock fittings rarely fit. Our in-house sheet metal shop fabricates custom ductwork, transitions, plenums, and curb adapters to match your building exactly — whether it's a new install, a retrofit in a tight mechanical room, or repairs to an aging system.

Sheet Metal Fabrication FAQs
Do you fabricate ductwork in-house?
Yes. All custom ductwork, transitions, plenums, and curb adapters are fabricated in our own shop in Dorchester, Ontario. Field measurements go straight to our fabrication table, which means tighter tolerances, faster turnaround, and no waiting on a third-party supplier.
Can you match ductwork in an older building?
That's a big part of what we do. We field-measure the existing system and fabricate transitions and fittings to suit — including odd angles, tight mechanical rooms, and legacy duct sizes that stock fittings can't handle.
What materials do you work with?
Galvanized steel is standard for most commercial ductwork. We also fabricate in stainless steel and aluminum for commercial kitchens, washdown areas, and corrosive environments.
Do you take on repairs, or only full installations?
Both. We handle everything from patching and sealing leaking duct runs to modifying systems after a renovation to complete supply-and-install projects.

Crane lifts, rigging, gas, and electrical coordination are scheduled around your business hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
